What is the delivery time & cost?
For all orders, shipping (delivery) is offered for free. 
Normally our delivery takes between 2-5 working days. An estimated delivery date will be provided to you at checkout.
How do I return my product(s)?

1. INITIATE YOUR RETURN

Go to https://bootstrapsports.com/returns, tell us what item(s) you want to return and why. Confirm your return. 

2. RETURN PICK-UP

We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier shall pick it within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the Product to reach back to our Order processing center.

You will not be charged shipping costs for your return.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?

We do not exchange Products.

If you wish to exchange a Product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our Returns and Withdrawal Policy.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER OR DELIVERY STATUS?

Check the status of your order via the Order Tracker page. All you need is your order number and email address.

Track your parcel by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email. This will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is shipped.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND AFTER I RETURNED MY ORDER?

1. WE'LL PROCESS YOUR RETURN

  • 6-7 business days
  • We'll send you another email as soon as we've processed your return and authorised a refund.

2. BANK WILL SEND REFUND TO YOU

  • Credit/debit card: max 14 business days
  • From the moment we authorise the refund, your bank still needs to process it.
  • You will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the product(s).
